Driven by significant client expansion, we are looking to extend our busy Account Management team to include the dynamic and challenging role of Junior Account Executive. Working within an established and thriving team, this key role is to provide customer support to various clients. The successful candidate will work under the guidance of a Senior Account Manager to support client needs and deliver a broad spectrum of IT services. This is a unique opportunity to learn from Solsoft’s Senior Accounts team who themselves have over 30 years of experience working in the IT Technology Industry. The successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to build up and manage their own account portfolio whilst receiving excellent tutoring/support.
Duties and responsibilities
• Maintaining and developing Solsoft’s existing client relationships
• Responding to client requests via phone and email
• Writing clear and concise work to communicate client issues to the Solsoft technical and project teams
• Building on new business opportunities
• Presenting service offerings to new clients
Required experience
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work within a team to deliver required aims
• Possession of good analytical and organisational skills
• Good problem solving abilities
• Pro-activity and demonstration of excellent attention to detail
• Willingness to learn quickly and to take on additional responsibility when needed
• Ability to deliver work to a high standard and work to deadlines
• Willingness to take ownership of issues and resolve efficiently
• Ability to adapt to different challenges and to manage varied requirements
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• A strong 2:1 Degree in a Business related field is preferred
